Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly message limit?
If you hit your monthly limit on the Free or Plus plan, your widget will temporarily stop answering new questions. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or wait for your quota to reset at the beginning of the next month.
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No, absolutely not! You can sign up and start using the Free plan right away without providing any payment information.
Can I use my own Gemini API Key?
Yes! We allow all users (including Free tier) to plug in their own Google Gemini API Key. By doing so, you bypass our internal message limits and only pay Google directly for your usage. However, widget and knowledge base limits per plan still apply.
